Sidro and Piva hotels to be sold

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Privatization and Capital Investment Council has accepted a request of the Port of Bar to sell 100 percent of the hotel Sidro in Bar.

According to a press release issued by the Government’s Public Relations Service, the Council also accepted a request of the hotel group Budvanska rivijera to amend a decision on the sale of the hotel Piva in Pluzine by means of a public auction.

“The Auction Commission should conduct a procedure for the sale of part of the property of the Hotel Group Budvanska rivijera - Budva - Piva Hotel in Pluzine in accordance with the decree on sale of shares and assets through public auction in accordance with this conclusion,” the press release says.

The Public Relations Service reminds that the fixed assets of Sidro amounted to €1.17 million at the end of March, while its receivables totalled €56,380. The hotel’s capital amounted to €575,930, its accumulated loss to €5.94 million, while its long-term and short-term liabilities amounted to €37,050 and €543,860 respectively.

The reserve price for the hotel Sidro has been set at €1.7 million.

Having accepted the request of Budvanska rivijera, the Council agreed to a new price of €152,000 in the new decision on the sale of the hotel Piva by means of a public auction.

The Council instructed the Auction Commission to conduct the sale procedure for the part of the hotel Piva in Pluzine in accordance with the decree on sale of shares and assets through a public auction.
