    MINA IP&nbsp; provides
    Ethernet level connectivity and with a low latency of 40ms is suitable
    for transport of data, digital video, digital audio, VOIP and similar
    services. </font> </p>

    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">The Canopy network installed in Podgorica
    municipality&nbsp; provides two
    types of connectivity . First type is the standard internet access and
    second type is connection of remote facilities into closed internal client
    networks. The current setup of the network allows segmentation into 4096
    VLAN’s and each of the VLANS can be routed via the main router on Ljubovic
    BS or one of two redundant auxiliary routers . Auxiliary router one is
    located in Mina NOC and auxiliary router two is located in Montsky premises.
    In&nbsp; case of the failure of the main router one of the redundant ones kicks
    in and overtakes the control of the network. Even if the network suffers the
    malfunction of the two routers the third one will kick in an provide
    constant service to the customers. This is why we have decided to use
    logical VLAN routing because it gives system high flexibility and
    possibility to give non standard service to the client and makes a network
    very robust.</font></p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Vlan’s designated for internet connectivity are using
    14 public IP addresses each in order to lower the broadcast traffic on the
    network and to have better control.</font></p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Customers are using Canopy SM in routing mode to
    provide service for their LAN or they can using Mikrotik router which gives
    them more possibilities like proxy, VPN access to their network and similar.
    Each 5.4Ghz network user is being given at least one static public IP
    address. </font> </p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Bandwith plans are symmetric and we are offering
    128/128 kbps , 256/256 kbps and 512/512 kbps flat rate internet access
    plans.&nbsp;&nbsp; </font> </p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Mina network has forwarding DNS services, transparent
    web proxy service for HTTP traffic and SMTP server. The web hosting services
    are also being offered to the clients but the hosting is done with the big
    provider in the US because of a limited internet connectivity of out
    network. </font> </p>

    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">The network has been controlled and monitored by two
    systems. </font> </p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">First system is a Motorola Prism&nbsp; integrated solution
    which is used to authenticate&nbsp; the Canopy users and to do the bandwidth
    control based on the service plan that a user has purchased. Prizm is also
    used to monitor and control Canopy units because when fully integrated into
    the system it does the links capacity monitoring , signal level monitoring,
    logging of errors and makes the database of all the manifestations that
    happen in the system. With Prizm we can also do the remote setup of Canopy
    devices without need to log on to each device individually.</font></p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Second system is a SNMP monitoring agent which monitors
    Canopy network, Mikrotik 2.4 Ghz clusters and the rest of network equipment
    . It is used for to alarm the technician in case of problem within the
    network.</font></p>

    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">2.4 Ghz Micro clusters</font></p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">This network segment is an add-on to the main 5.4 Ghz
    network . The purpose of this segment is to extend the coverage footprint to
    areas that don’t have LOS to our Canopy BS , to allow mobile users with 2.4
    Ghz equipment to be able to have connectivity on any of our micro clusters
    and to lower the expense of necessary equipment needed to connect to the
    system.</font></p>
    <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Each one of our 2.4 Ghz&nbsp; AP micro clusters is connected
    to a Canopy SM and the traffic that is generated from this locations is
    channelled to several VLAN’s designated for this type of service . One of
    the three redundant key routers is controlling the traffic on this VLAN’s
    and therefore controlling the access to micro clusters in coordination with
    two Radius servers which store the customer data.</font></p>

    <p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">The typical scenario for access to microcluster is.</font></p>

        <li class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">customer opens the web browser and tries to browse
        the internet</font></li>
        <li class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Browser opens the Authorisation page where
        customer has to insert username and password. This is the only page that
        customer can open before authorising</font></li>
        <li class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">One of routers contacts the Radius server to check
        user credentials</font></li>
        <li class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">If Radius sends to positive answer the customer is
        allowed to access internet , depending of the type of service that he
        has subscribed to his bandwidth and connection limits are sent to main
        router</font></li>
        <li class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Man router opens the accounting session for user
        and starts feeding the radius with data every 30 seconds.</font></li>
        <li class="MsoNormal"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Customer disconnects . Main router after 30
        seconds closes the Radius session for that user.</font></li>

    can connect repeaters to further expand the footprint and we have used WDS
    to interconnect micro cluster and by that way we have established an
    alternative backbone for micro clusters. Each micro cluster is connected via
    WDS to at least one other micro cluster . Using the RTSP protocol a MESH
    network is formed independent from Canopy network. In case that SM connects
    one of the micro clusters to Canopy backbone fails for some reason MESH&nbsp;
    will kick in and enable the connection to another micro cluster so that both
    of them use only one SM. After the failed SM has recovered the state will
    automatically change to the first position and the micro cluster will use
    internet from Canopy Backbone.</font></p>

    in Podgorica is 77 Mbps and maximum number of users on all locations is
